Architectural Design Services Program

The Architectural Design Services Program provides the home owner with a major advantage for the development of their individualized home plan. The program assists the home owner with the development of a unique design that will maintain the overall architectural integrity of the community and ensure all home owners will be positioned to maximize the personal benefits associated with building a home in Waterford Park.

A Design Services Voucher, in the amount of $3,500.00, has been established with Stephen Fuller, Inc. for your use in conjunction with the Waterford Park Home Library. The voucher, available to the home owner upon closing of the home site, is valid for one year after closing and is not transferable and/or redeemable for cash or Consultant Services.

The Design Services Voucher is provided to help cover the expenses associated with certain design services available to the home owner including customizing a plan from the Waterford Park Home Library, creating a custom home design, creating additional material and color palettes, or landscape design services.
