Claremont


The simple yet elegant design of Claremont calls back to an old French village, and has a charming sophistication not found in most home designs. Old-world style flared roofs along with arched French doors gives the home a European feel. The entry door to the Claremont is positioned to the right side of the home alongside two single French doors opening onto a stone patio. A single dormer above the entry is a nice addition to the roof gable, and has an arched top to mimic the arches in the windows.

Venetto


Venetto is a uniquely-styled home boasting several distinguishing characteristics. Its painted brick façade is delicate, yet strong. Along the front of the home, an architecturally detailed pergola carried by Tuscan columns sits above arched French doors. The use of heavy dentil blocks in the cornice adds a subtle and intricate detail. Venetto emanates a casual elegance that is perfect for both family life and gracious entertaining.
